Puffy Mattress Review
Cloud-soft memory foam with a lifetime warranty and a 101-night trial.
About Puffy
Puffy built the brand around a single idea: a soft, cloud-like memory foam feel that most sleepers find immediately comfortable in the first five minutes. That has made it one of the most recognisable DTC names in the US.
The lineup ladders up through the Puffy Mattress, Puffy Lux, Puffy Royal, and the hybrid variants of each, adding foam layers and cooling treatments as the price rises.
Every Puffy carries a lifetime warranty and ships with a bundle of accessories during promotions, which is a large part of the value story. In testing, the Lux Hybrid is the sweet spot: enough coil support to stop the softness turning into sink.
What they make

Puffy queens run $1,050–$3,000 across the lineup (mid to premium tier). The table below estimates the rest of the size ladder from that queen range using the standard size pricing brands apply — the low column tracks the entry model, the high column the flagship. Treat these as planning estimates rather than quotes: promotions move real street prices by 20–30% for weeks at a time.

Puffy FAQ
Which Puffy model should I buy?
The Puffy Lux Hybrid is our default recommendation: the coils keep the soft comfort layers from over-sinking. The base Puffy is the value option for lighter side sleepers, and the Royal Hybrid adds cooling and a plusher top for premium buyers.
Is Puffy good for back pain?
Only in the hybrid versions, and mainly for side sleepers whose pain comes from shoulder and hip pressure. If your back pain needs firm lumbar support, a firmer coil bed such as WinkBeds Luxury Firm or Saatva Classic is the better fit.
Does Puffy sleep hot?
The all-foam Puffy and Puffy Lux run warm for a hot sleeper; the Hybrid and Royal Hybrid models move noticeably more air thanks to the coil layer. If temperature is your main complaint, choose a hybrid.
