Technogel Anatomic Pillow

The Anatomic was recommended by a chiropractor on our advisory panel, and the ergonomic contour design clearly targets cervical spine support. The contour is more aggressive than most ergonomic pillows I've tested, with a pronounced neck roll that firmly supports the C-spine curve.

For back sleepers with neck pain, this pillow is outstanding. The Technogel layer over the contoured foam cradles the back of the head while the neck roll provides continuous gentle traction. Two testers with cervical disc issues reported reduced morning stiffness within a week.

The fixed height means this isn't for everyone. Side sleepers with narrow shoulders may find the contour too tall, and stomach sleepers should avoid this entirely. But for its target audience — back sleepers and wider-framed side sleepers with neck issues — it's one of the best therapeutic pillows available at any price.
