The Eli & Elm CPAP pillow uses a U-shaped cutout design that gives your CPAP mask and hose plenty of room while cradling your head. The latex-polyester fill is adjustable, letting you add or remove fill to find your ideal loft. It's particularly excellent for side sleepers who struggle with mask leaks.
Our Hands-On Experience
The U-shaped cutout is a different solution from the CPAPMax's side notches: instead of clearing space for the mask on each side, it removes material where the neck and hose sit. Side sleepers benefit most, because the head can drop into the recess without the hose kinking.
The adjustable latex-polyester fill is the real advantage over molded foam CPAP pillows. CPAP users often have to sleep in one position; being able to tune loft precisely for that position makes a bigger comfort difference than any cover fabric.
Back sleepers do worse here — the U-shape offers less central support than a contoured foam pillow. The fill also shifts and needs occasional redistribution. At $99 it is the best CPAP pillow for dedicated side sleepers, with the CPAPMax the better all-round choice.
