Climate Hub

    Cooling & Hot-Sleeper Resource Hub

If you wake up sweating, the fix is rarely just turning down the thermostat. Mattress materials, cover phase-change tech, pillow construction and base airflow all stack — and the wrong combination cooks you no matter how cold the room is.

Hot sleeping has three drivers: trapped heat (dense memory foam without airflow), radiant warmth (a partner, hormones, or medication), and humidity (sheets and covers that don't wick). Cooling materials work differently: phase-change (PCM) absorbs heat at a fixed temperature, gel disperses it, and natural fibers (latex, wool, cotton) ventilate it.

Use this hub to match your heat source to the right material and product. Menopause sleepers in particular need a different stack than generally-warm sleepers.
