Our Hands-On Experience
Three hundred thread count is the right number for sateen, and Saatva clearly knows it. Higher counts in this weave add weight and heat without adding softness; this set stays breathable enough for four-season use while keeping the silky drape people buy sateen for.
The finish avoids the slipperiness that makes some sateen sets feel like they are sliding off the bed — the sheets stay put and the fitted sheet's 16-inch pockets held on a thick hybrid without popping corners.
