Its standout feature is the hi-low height adjustment (10" to 16"), making it one of the few adjustable bases that physically raises and lowers the entire bed frame for easier entry and exit. Combined with passive health monitoring (heart rate, respiration, snoring, sleep cycles), auto anti-snore detection, voice control via a dedicated console, underbed lighting, three-level massage, and a dedicated mobile app with sleep reports, it's the most medically-oriented adjustable bed we've reviewed. At $4,399 it's a serious investment, but for seniors, those with mobility challenges, or anyone who wants a hospital-grade smart bed disguised as luxury furniture, it's unmatched.

Best purchase — lifesaver for us
My husband and I are of the Golden age group. Before we got this bed I had several falls from our bed and one landed me at the hospital with a dislocated shoulder. Once we got our Dawn House bed, the major problems we had are now gone. The up and down feature has been a lifesaver — I'm 5 feet tall and can finally sit at the edge and touch the floor. The under light feature and snore feature are priceless.
Refreshed — never slept so well
When I wake up feeling refreshed in the morning, and then review the Dawn House sleeping app — no wonder I feel so good: deep sleep 3hrs 2 mins, light sleep 3hrs 54 mins. Never slept so well! I also appreciate how easy the remote is to use — just get in bed and push 'read', no adjustments needed.
The hi-low feature changed everything
After knee replacement surgery, getting in and out of a standard-height bed was agony. The Dawn House's ability to lower itself to 10 inches means I can sit down and swing my legs in without strain. Worth every penny for recovery and long-term use. The health monitoring is a nice bonus too.
