How do you deal with a partner who snores?

My husband snores SO loudly. I love him but I am losing my mind from sleep deprivation.
We have tried:
- Nose strips - no help
- Different pillow positions - temporary fix
- White noise machine - helps slightly
He refuses to do a sleep study (stubborn). Any other solutions before I resort to separate bedrooms?

A wedge pillow to elevate his head might help. Snoring is often worse when lying flat. Also, is he a back sleeper? Side sleeping reduces snoring for most people.
I know he refuses but a sleep study could reveal sleep apnea which is serious. Maybe frame it as a health concern rather than just the snoring? CPAP changed my marriage lol.

Everything below comes from our own lab work in Encinitas, where we record pressure-mapping results, surface-temperature change over an eight-hour night, motion transfer, and edge-support deflection on every mattress we buy. Use the discussion above for real-world ownership detail — how a bed felt after a year, how a brand handled a warranty claim, whether a sale price was actually a discount — and use the guides below to check those impressions against repeatable measurements before you spend money.
