    Heard you can return a mattress to Costco even years later. True? Considering a Novaform vs ordering online for the trial period.

    Returned a 2-year-old Novaform Comfort Grande, no questions asked, full refund. Costco's policy is real.

    They've tightened up slightly — some warehouses now ask for a reason past the 1-year mark. But still the most lenient in retail.
