Last year I waited until BF and missed earlier deals that were actually better. When do the real discounts start in November?

Most brands soft-launch BF pricing the first week of November. Saatva and Helix have been running their "BF" sale since Nov 1 the last 3 years.
Cyber Monday is often the lowest because brands stack a final extra discount. Watch for $100-200 off codes on top of the sale.
Add to cart and wait 24-48 hrs. Most brands send a "come back" email with an extra 5-10% off.
