Coop Original vs Purple Harmony - Which pillow is better?

I am in the market for a new pillow and these two keep coming up in my research. They seem very different though.
The Coop is adjustable which appeals to me since I switch positions at night. But the Purple has that unique Grid technology that supposedly stays cool.
Any thoughts from people who have tried both? I am mainly a side sleeper but sometimes end up on my back.

I have the Coop and love the adjustability. Took some filling out to get it right for side sleeping but now it is perfect. Never tried the Purple though.
Purple Harmony owner here. The cooling is real - I used to flip my pillow constantly and now I do not have to. But it is definitely a unique feel that not everyone loves.
